Had a 7:30 appointment and was told to be there 15 minutes early. When I arrived, me and an elderly woman waited at the door in the rain for 10 minutes while they conducted a "meeting." When someone came to the door it was 7:25. 5 minutes until my scheduled visit. When the receptionist came to the door, in frustration, she stated the door will be open at 7:30... 5 minutes left to stand in the rain... when I told her we were advised to come 15 minutes early, she shut the door..very rude and unprofessional. Called to find out if they are actually open and I get an operator who doesn't know. Posting the hours which mean nothing because they should be open and are Not.
How come when you call it says call back during Business hours? But the hours aren’t on google. The website says they should be open.
