Front desk person demanded $125.00 for a cleaning, just like the problem I had at the Shallotte, NC Aspen Dental. I tried to explain to her my insurance pays for 2 cleanings a year and thats what Im here for. She goes in the back for a few minutes and comes back angry. She announces to everyone in the waiting area that " You have a unhealthy mouth disease and we are going to do a scaling and deep cleaning! A four month procedure has turned into a 10 month ordeal and I still do not have a finished implant. The appliance I was shown yesterday, that they considered a finished product, to install looked absolutely ridiculous. No one paying this amount of money would want such a silly looking set of teeth. Incorrect billing of insurance. Too long of a story to go into on here. Constant turnover of staff so that no one person is the same one who helps you throughout your time as a patient/customer.
