Each Aspen worker that worked with me did a good job. I left feeling I understood the health of my teeth. The complaint I had before this appointment was that Aspen Dental made a mistake concerning my insurance which meant I would have to pay out of pocket. Someone should have double checked with my insurance, instead I had to make several phone calls to try to clear this up. I found there was no issue with my insurance coverage. My visit to Aspen Dental was horrible from start to finish. The doctor was completely nonchalant, the X‑ray technician had a terrible attitude, and the customer service was nonexistent. I was charged $168 even though nothing was done to my teeth besides basic X‑rays and 3D images — only for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. Absolutely unacceptable. AMAZING STAFF!! Sorry so short before. This specific Aspen Dental is hands down one of the best experiences I've had in years! Everyone was very patient and friendly. You all helped me last Oct./Nov. And were simply amazing and attentive then as well. The dentist, Dr. Abaji is ALWAYS so wonderful. Thank you all again so much
Absolutely amazing with customers. They explain everything thoroughly and actually care for their patients. They worked out a payment plan that fit my needs and I'm super happy I chose them.
Overall, my visits here have been very positive. The staff are all wonderful and welcoming. The dentist seems very knowledgeable. My only complaints are that they make you confirm appointments multiple times. I receive numerous texts and calls even after confirming. Also, the office is very cold and the tv in the lobby is very loud. A little too much stimulation but that’s probably just me!
