I cannot say enough good things about Tiffany at the Spokane Valley Aspen Dental. My wife and I both got snap-in dentures about two weeks ago, and the level of care has been incredible. ​I originally went in just to accompany my wife to her appointment, but while we were there, I mentioned that I was also experiencing some pain. Mileski and his staff are not to be trusted. Incompetent practitioners and shady/ predatory business practice from office staff, Aspen support staff and billing people. Understand that you’ll need to take them to court, save yourself a bunch of heartache and go anywhere else.

Aspen Dental offers a free consultation and x-rays for those who don’t have insurance to cover the cost. After a patient is hooked, that changes. I just paid $63 for x-rays because insurance did not cover the xrays. As I checked in for a major appointment I was told (for the first time) that I had an overdue balance. It was clear I had to pay now or stop treatment… so mmuch for the promised free xrays!

Initially, I was thrilled with the care. I consented to having permanent full mouth implants. My teeth were pulled and temporary implant plates were fitted. Dr Melenski pulled the teeth and I’ve seen him briefly a couple of times. The dentist caring for me had not many full implants before. I’ve had trouble with the temporary plates including frequent breaking and some kind of allergic sensitivity to the materials.
