My 86 yr old handicap mother was refused medical treatment today. We had an appointment for an exam and xrays. I was told the appt was only for a limited exam and xray. I got very upset with them. They dont realize or care how difficult it was just to bring my Mom there. She is in excruciating pain. Yet even though Aspen has a moral, ethical and medical obligation to treat the patient (who had no idea what had happened) the Office manager asked us to leave without treating my elderly mom.
