This was my first time visiting this location for a tooth infection that I had. The dentist did confirm that I had an infection and she said that she would provide me antibiotics for the weekend since they would be closed for the 4th of July. I go in the next day to CVS to get my antibiotics and they didn't even bother to send my medication through. So now I'm suffering the entire holiday weekend with a tooth infection because it was too much of an inconvenience.
Lovely staff! Very welcoming and kind. Office is clean and beautiful. Did amazing with my care! Update, I have made them my regular dentist office now. Absolutely love the staff, they always take great care of me and make sure your comfortable and are just amazing people highly highly recommend.
I had an appointment to have my teeth cleaned at 11:00 a.m. I showed up 10 minutes early and waited at 11:30 a young man walked in told the receptionist, his name and that his appointment was for 10:30 (he was an hour late). The receptionist told him to have a seat and they'd be right with him. 15 or 20 minutes later they called his name and he went back. Now I've been sitting for 50 minutes. I’ve been here twice already and they treat me better than any other dentist I have ever gone to in 41 years
They have dentists that just "don't work with" any form of insurance. Which is insane. Go here if you're rich but seek help elsewhere if you don't make 6 figures a year.
