They are NOT there to help you in any sense of the word. The staff are arrogant and petty. They do not try and work with you on anything. If you aren't financially well of then you can not go here because they will basically tell you that you are screwed.
1st time using aspen dental everything is modern and all staff are great! Easy to make appointments and good communication with text messages or emails. I had dentist Dr Hall and dental assistant Ruby who were great! They were able to hook me up with a 12 month same as cash for balance that insurance would not cover. Even the dental hygienist is great! No complaints only praise
