Think they over booked appointment and some staff weren't friendly. First thing asked is x-ray 88 dollar for this service, not explaining anything about your options. If you have insurance. Was know communication with doctor or staff. All can say is Wow. Got to be better communication and better attitude. Miss time for X-ray and no cleaning of my teeth. They called me because haven't been in year. Because of staffing problems. Guess problem isn't solved yet.
Im awaiting my procedure but every step has been seamless and the staff has been amazing even considering I've been nervous & anxious to the point I couldn't stay on schedule but they were understanding & got me scheduled even sooner than anticipated. Im happy that I chose Aspen in Dundalk, MD for my procedure and I couldn't be happier than im closer to having my life back!
Great Ms. Wood and Ms. Rachel took great care of me.
