I sat in the waiting room as my wife was being seen and witnessed the front desk receptionist exude the utmost professionalism. She spoke with and took care of a handful of patients, some difficult, some not. She had the perfect demeanor towards everyone she spoke to. I can tell they really want to help people here. Their customer service is perfect.
