I bought my denture lower plate from Aspen Dental couple of years ago. I had issues with them in April, took them to repair it, then had to go back in early July, repaired again and had to pay. Now, its August and they are cracked again. Front office was great. But I have lost faith in them, will be going somewhere else to get them fixed.
I just recently started coming here, and right away the staff noticed I needed a few things done. Everything was taken care of quickly and at a time that was super convenient for me. The staff is always friendly and professional, and Zoey does an amazing job! Highly recommend!
Beware of Aspen Dental! Especially the Bartlesville one! But look all over for reviews as there are hundreds of bad ones on Facebook and there are even Facebook Pages about the bad work they do! They are called Stop Aspen dental! They dont back their products! They made dentures for my mom and the teeth are huge the gums are thick and were built up big we went In to get them adjusted and my mom was saying they still hurt and they said to put adhesive in and they were good as they will get. They fit in my 8 year old first thing in the morning when we had an emergency. Everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Aspen Dental!
