Refused to let me decide the level of care and tried to sell me a bunch of stuff.
I had a really positive visit at Aspen dental. The staff were very welcoming, Eid and Sammy were very efficient and fast! My X-rays and general checkup were done quickly and comfortably. Dr. Salih explained everything clearly, showed me my X-ray results, and gave helpful advice for keeping my teeth healthy. I left feeling confident and well cared for. Highly recommend!
Scammy business. Upselling is rampant—I’ve NEVER had a dentist ever recommend braces/Invisalign (in my 32 years), yet they pushed their brand of clear aligners (“Motto”). They have a Motto “Ambassador” talk you through the upsells they try to push on you after they flash their sophisticated equipment at you in an attempt to impress. I thought I had scheduled a normal dental check-up (i.e., a cleaning), but was told halfway through my appointment (which was 1 hour and 20 minutes somehow), that today’s visit was just an “exam”... read more
