The place was very clean and very nice people . Only down fall is the wait is long.
It was a great experience the staff were amazing I have never seen such staff before
Aspen dental says they except your insurance but in actuality they DO NOT bill your insurance. You have to pay for everything out of pocket and then send for you insurance for reimbursement. I was told that this is the way all dentists are doing it now. Which is bs. My daughter has to have a cavity filled and her dentist sent estimate to insurance and I am paying the difference. DO NOT waste your time. Wish they would have informed me of this "policy" before I wasted time out of my day to sit there
Every there was welcoming and friendly.Every expense was explained to me throughly.Overall I had a great experience.
