This was the worst experience I have ever had. I went in for my new patient appt and everything was great, then when I went in for my root canal I was in so much pain. I kept telling the physician and she said not to worry since I was in pain when I came in. Then I went for my crown fitting and after taking another x-ray, is when she noticed she FRACTURED my tooth!!!! The staff were friendly and professional. But takes too long if you are a new patient. Also when they were discussing the treatment plan with me, the business manager was telling me things that the dentist never did discuss with me. She kept having to go talk to him about the plan. Also the charges were way overpriced. As far as recommending this place To others, that is one thing that I won't do. And I won't go back to them either.

I had an exam, and x-rays. After the exam I was given a price guaranty for the work I needed. After the third visit I was told that I needed dental surgery so the price went up. Needless to say I'm looking for a new dentist that will keep there word.

Apen dental is a bunch of bull, they reel you in by saying you can pay with a payment plan and then when you get there they act like they don't know what their flyer says. I made an appointment for my son who is 12 because he has broken a baby tooth. I paid $355 for a dental cleaning for my son with x-rays. Then the doctor comes in and says "we cant fix your sons teeth, he has too many cavities", well someone should have told me before I spent all that money. So I go in for a cleaning. Staff and everyone is more than nice. However when it's time for them to discuss "treatment" I'm told everything is great. No cavities, nothing. I will however need a deep cleaning and would need to return in three months for a second "deep cleaning." Each cleaning would be a little over $1000 but with insurance I would pay "a little" over $400 each time. Dr. Mannon, Ashley & Catalina were more than Awesome. I was there April 5th. I needed extensive work on my mouth. Dr Mannon - I barely felt the shots. It was by far the easiest Dental Appt.
