We moved our dad to Aspen Creek after looking at several places. What stood out to me was that you didn’t have to set an appointment to tour the facility, Where as others you had to schedule and it felt like it was a put on show. Definitely not that here. The residents are happy and out and about. The care my dad has received has been exceptional and he’s been extremely happy there. I’m glad I followed my gut and toured the facility. Don’t go off of past reviews definitely check it out for yourself.
My grandpa is currently in the home and I’m unimpressed with the “head cook”. I walked up to the kitchen prior to the meal and he was very cold. Had headphones on and looked at me like I was a complete inconvenience to him. Everyone else seemed great, laughter and happiness.
Anytime your grandma is moved from her long term home you are hesitant but the employees here are so nice and know her by name and the residents are all so nice to her too. More than impressed. Ready to move in myself….
Came in for an interview, they told me she was unavailable, on lunch break I believe. They haven’t reached out to apologize or reschedule. Absolute waste of my time and energy. If you’re looking to work here, don’t.
I had the privilege of working here for almost 3 years and by far has been my favorite place of employment. Linda, the Executive Director truly cares and loves each and every one of the residents as they were her own family members. Stephanie the Nurse puts her heart into her work and is amazing at it. Sherry the Activity Director goes above and beyond for everyone as well. Aspen Creek truly feels like home for the Residents, even for staff and the residents family members.
