Anytime your grandma is moved from her long term home you are hesitant but the employees here are so nice and know her by name and the residents are all so nice to her too. More than impressed. Ready to move in myself….
Came in for an interview, they told me she was unavailable, on lunch break I believe. They haven’t reached out to apologize or reschedule. Absolute waste of my time and energy. If you’re looking to work here, don’t.
I had the privilege of working here for almost 3 years and by far has been my favorite place of employment. Linda, the Executive Director truly cares and loves each and every one of the residents as they were her own family members. Stephanie the Nurse puts her heart into her work and is amazing at it. Sherry the Activity Director goes above and beyond for everyone as well. Aspen Creek truly feels like home for the Residents, even for staff and the residents family members. Aspen Creek is truly phenomenal! As someone who is employed there as well as has a family member residing in the memory care home, I speak from experience! The culture is very inclusive, collaborative and just overall really positive! The team at Aspen Creek really is top notch and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. Truly, the best facility out there.
