They just want your money. Customer service is reasonable until they get your cash. We took possession of our home in 2022, Was rushed through our possession walk through, never received our 6month walk through, cheap out on trades so we’ve had nothing but issues. Basement leak, painting not finished, flooring squeaks, trim cracks, concrete cracks, siding that has fallen off, increased “change order” costs. House looks nice but that’s where it stops… would not call them a custom builder, more like a hybrid cookie cutter cash... read more
