Our company booked a prospective employee in for a Pre-Employment medical in Canberra. when i rang up i was advised that the persons who look after this were not currently available and that they would ring me back. 2 days later and still no call. we chased up and were eventually able to make a booking for the next week by which time, our worker had found another employer. You try to do the right thing and act with professionalism and intergrity and Muppets like Aspen make you look like a Donkey..
Very unorganized, They lost a document sent from a specialist then lost it again after I personally delivered the documents. I was initially given advise based on outdated medical guide lines. Certain aspects of a physical assessment were not conducted correctly. Good luck to anyone sent to them for a health assessment.
