The project went well from start to finish. Aspen kept me informed each step of the way once the contract was signed. I was informed prior to work commencing and the process went as planned. The crew was professional and efficient. They respected my property and addressed any issue that I had. The project manager was exceptional and made communications very easy. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the roofing materials, completed work and would recommend Aspen Contracting to anyone needing roof replacement.
I just want to say WOW! Not knowing who to get to roof my home after a hail storm damaged it, I had a knock at the door and a man handed me a brochure. not a business card. I did a little research and found that this company has an amazing track record. Aspen helped us get our roof replaced after a catastrophic hail storm and they even advocated for new siding after insurance initially declined. All work done was timely and both work crews were professional and cleaned up after.
Update.....we were going to move forward with Aspen for our roof, and when I asked them to send me contract, they ghosted me. Never heard from them again and their local office in Mount Juliet is gone. Maybe it's a good thing they did not respond since it sounds like they are storm chasers and what we were told by the sales rep was all lies. Would not recommend. Roof was installed incorrectly in February...still no repair and is leaking ruining all the subflooring a ducting. This is a new build.
