I worked with Aspen on 4 rental properties with hail damage. Josh did a great job working with the insurance company to get the funds issued so that we could begin the work. I approved estimates on the roof, siding and gutters work. Aspen kept me up to date on materials deliveries and start dates. Any concerns or issues I brought up were addressed. I appreciated working with Aspen and would do so again. They do good work.

This was the first claim I have ever filed. I knew nothing of what to expect. My Aspen team walked me through step by step, kept me informed and had an extreme amount of patience with me, answered my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Aspen Contracting.

Signed a contract and then was ghosted because they figured out that the bid was too low.

I had a lot of problems with communication. I had problems that took a while to fix (my security cameras). Still working with my security people to solve a payment problem. Not Aspen's fault about that, but if my camera should've never been broken. The wrong color of siding, but it worked out okay.
