I have a bad experience . The contract has harassing me told me he will put line in my property . I have one problem urgent to resolve in court and he was texting at night later . He is not professional at all . Bradley texted me this (Mira, Brad from Aspen. If you dont pay in full by the end of day today, we will be sending an intent to Lien, and will be putting a lien on yhe property. We have given ample time and opportunity to pay in full. Aspen was suppose to come out to inspect a roof leak and have me a time frame of 11-3. At 3 I reached out with the 2 numbers provided to me and no response. I called the main number I found on google and finally got a hold of someone telling me they were running 45 min late. Fast forward to today where my scheduled repair was 8am-12pm and they just showed up at 3:30pm after I reached out again…… No communication to let me know of the delay.
JUST AMAZING!!
These guys are great they back up their warranties and they are out there quick
