I would avoid this company at all costs! Wouldn’t even recommend to my worst enemy. My home was damaged from hail in May 2019. Aspen was hired to replace half of my roof and one side of siding on my house. It is now October 30th and my home is still not completed. I’ve sent numerous emails and made several phone calls to remediate the situation with zero follow up. On Jan 2nd I called to request someone come to fix a leak around a window that was pouring in and damaging my window and carpet. At 1030am I Spoke with a lady that said someone would call me that day, at 415pm no response. So I Called back said someone would call within 24 hours. On Jan 11 i called back lady apologized said she would have someone call me. I’m still waiting for that phone call. This company doesn’t return phone calls. Do not waste your time.
Hopeless to get them to contact me to do a repair estimate.
Aspen replaced my metal roof, but a piece of the flashing came loose. On November 11th, I texted the Sales Rep (Gary) and sent him a photo. He said he’d get someone out to fix it. On January 5th, I sent Gary a text reminding him of the loose flashing. He texted back apologizing and said he’d find out what happened to the Service Ticket and get back with me.
