Gave Aspen 1 star because Google wouldn’t let me do 0 stars. This company is a joke. We hired Aspen in Oct to replace siding, windows and a door, gave them $31,000 requested for materials with work estimated to start in November. After 6 months of reasons why this project is of no importance to them, we reached the end of accepting their lies today April 17 and I requested my money back in full. Overall very pleased with aspen and crew. The cost was reasonable and they didn’t try to nickel and dime with change orders. Workmanship was good and the issues we observed they corrected quickly. Communication was good and they responded quickly. Project took about 5 weeks longer than original estimate but I am not too harsh since the other contractors we talked to that provided bids were going to be several months before they could even start work.
We cannot highly enough recommend Aspen Construction. From value, communication, quality of work, payment process, etc, they are a five star company. Seamlessly perfect experience!
