We purchased a new home in 2024 from Aspen. We have had to reach out to the project manager and warranty team a couple of times for minor, expected items. The team was very delayed in the 30 day follow up, requiring multiple calls to get them out. We are still waiting on a few MAJOR items, one of which is getting a “too bad” from the owner John Zelenak. I recommend this builder. Design phase and selection phase was a pleasure. Easy to work with and very professional. I’ve worked with and consulted many on builders that didn’t take pride in their product. Aspen is the exception. Exceptional product. Exceptional professionalism. Exceptional attention to detail.

Messy job sites. But they have people out to the site to check on it within an hour..... They just look but don't clean up tho
