Aspen closing & Title, LC made our closing process so smooth and painless - we will ONLY be using them for all our future investments. Sabrina communicated the process to us every step of the way and made it extremely easy and worry free. We had no issues with our wire, inspection, appraisal, and our closing time was less than 30 days. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Her and her team work extremely hard to get the job done and they have the client in their best interest. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Aspen Closing & Title LC failed on their most basic tasks. They lack attention to detail which is not what you want in a title company! The final straw came after closing when they deposited a personal check into my bank account causing me at least a 10 day delay on accessing the funds from this sale - Hundreds of thousands of dollars. This closing took place on 8/19/2022 and the buyers lender gave us permission to fund at 5:00 p.m., it was to late for a wire to go out, and the seller didn't pay for his proceeds to be wired, I was given deposit information not wiring information, there is a difference. Once he called and said that HIS bank was going to put a 10 day hold on the Escrow Account Check, the seller ( *********) called me very upset, because he needed his funds to pay some expenses, I asked him to have his bank call my bank to verify funds, he sa... read more
