I am a contractor that ran into a chimney issue. Rather than charge me to do the work, the technician walked me through the process of repairing the chimney myself, and directed me to the parts store where I needed to go to get the special parts. I saved myself some money. Thanks guy. You handled that very well. You deserve this rating
I have never left a comment before but felt this was warranted. They are the worst company ever. Please do not use. Made an appointment and canceled on the same day and reschedule for the following week which they also canceled. On the 3rd appointment it was raining and gave them a good reason to cancel again. The owner promised he would come out the next day with additional crew and will let me know in the morning. Waited all day for him, I text and called and received no massages at all. Please do not use.
Untrustworthy. Found out a few years after they completed work for me that they sold me something that I did not need. Avoid this business. RIP off!!!
I hired Aspen Chimney Services to come to a house that I just purchased to inspect and quote. They were able to give me a fair price for the pointing of the chimney and liner replacement. They showed up on time, had quality workmanship with attention to detail, and were very cordial. Overall excellent experience and I will hire them again for any chimney work at my new house.
