DO NOT COME HERE. I am currently a Client here. There is an Infestation of Maggots in their Shower in Apartment 12. They might make me leave due to posting this. But I have been telling them about the Maggots everyday for 4 weeks. Needing to remind them everyday, Multiple times a day is really taking away from my Treatment. The very reason I came here. Aspen in my opinion is the best residential, PHP, IOP, program in the state of Florida. The staff is very professional and helpful. I will recommend Aspen behavioral health to anyone that is going through drug addiction and mental health. Brittany, the clinical director is the best clinical director and therapist in the state of Florida. Lil Pat, the director of operations is the best and he will work with you in any situation. Everyone deserves a raise including the staff technicians.
From the moment I made the phone call. David, from admissions was respectful, understanding and treated me like a human being—not a problem to fix. Arriving I was a bit nervous but the techs were very welcoming. The staff are very nice, knowledgeable, and caring.
