I started crunch fitness in July 2026 and I start going to Zumba in Fairmont . I went all the instructors classes ..Nicole was the only instructor who was engaging & was very friendly & nice . I really like the music & dances she have . . She is the only Zumba teacher I go to now . I live in North Syracuse and follow her to Fairmont on Sundays . I truly wish she taught 3 tov4 days because I like her a lot
Love Meredith’s yoga class.
I did a Zumba class with Kim and it was so much fun! I left sweating and smiling!
Always enjoy the fitness class workouts and the teachers are great
