Great people and very helpful they treat my little Willow like princess
I brought my puppy here for a pre-neuter exam and bloodwork, and the experience was deeply upsetting. Despite me clearly explaining that he is much calmer when I’m present, the staff refused to let me stay with him. They took him to the back alone and attempted a blood draw - which they failed to perform properly. As a result, he developed a hematoma and a visible bruise on his leg, and they brought him back out with a bandage on without offering a single apology for the trauma they had caused for him. Dr. Ross and the whole team at Aspen Animal Hospital have been caring for our two geriatric cats for years now. We love the clinic, trust our vet's recommendations and care completely, and have always received the utmost compassionate, professional, and friendly service. Everyone stood by us as we navigated our boy Winston's last few months of life, and were guided through every painful and difficult decision. We are grateful and proud to count this vet clinic as part of our animal family.
Everyone is so wonderful at Aspen animal hospital. We recently lost our older dog and they were all so compassionate and caring. Dr Ross and Dr Sekhon are amazing. We brought our new pup in for her routine shots and she got the best care. Highly recommend Aspen Animal hospital to anyone with a pet. Thank you to all the staff.
Dr. Sekhon and her team are amazing. It is not easy finding a vet comfortable working with large dogs. Our dog adopted her and was very comfortable with the staff. I highly recommend them.
