Great practice! Everyone is so kind and Kelly takes her time during injections.
I love Aspen Aesthetics so much and they have quite literally changed my life. Not only has Kelly completely balanced my face, but they have helped me bring down my inflammation and gave my body the reboot it needed to start becoming healthier. My only complaint is that I don’t have enough time in my daily work life to spend more time with them! Aspen Aesthetics left me with dark scars from a back treatment. When I complained, owner Kelly McKay was rude, dismissive, blamed sun exposure, and refused any solution. As a person of color, I felt ignored and disrespected.
I had a terrible experience at Aspen Aesthetics. A back treatment left me with dark scarring, and when I raised it, the owner Kelly McKay was rude, dismissive, and blamed sun exposure despite me not being in the sun. Their photo comparisons were unfair, they offered no accountability, no refund, and no corrective treatment. As a person of color, I felt completely dismissed and disrespected.
