I had 2 treatments of Tixel at this Spa and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I am giving 4 stars because of the treatment they provide of TIXEL. The first session my eyelids were burned. The second TIXEL treatment I asked for lower setting and I did not get burned eyelids that time. I had absolutely zero benefits to my upper eyelids of skin tightening for hooded eyelids. Just finished a Tixel appointment with Helen. She was wonderful and thorough and makes you feel comfortable. She knows what she is doing and would highly recommend. Both lady's are great and professional. Been seeing great results so far.
