Over 3 years since completing there are still dangerous faults. Now there is water leaking from above down into the electrical system of my apartment. Despite them being aware nothing has been done to resolve the issue just promises of meetings. You need the sound one to hear the socket short circuting.

Aspekt are the builders of my property. To their credit, the longer we’ve worked with them on resolving defects the better their processes have become. While the defect resolution process has taken longer than expected, the Aspekt team have taken ownership of the resolution and for the quality of work. Through this experience, I would consider Aspekt for future builds.

Stay away from this builder absolutely discussing had my apartment built by them they installed cracked kitchen benches 4 years ago and still havent replaced bunch of liers and lm not the only one either from 62 apartments more then 5 apartments have broken kitchen benchs absolutely the worst builder l have ever dealt with would not recomend to anyone
