On October 17th I had a terrible experience when Dr. Kump administered Restylane injection under my eyes. My eyes remained swollen for three weeks, and despite this, Dr. Kump consistently avoided taking responsibility for the mistake in the injection, making various excuses. Given my previous positive experiences with these injections at another clinic, Dr. Kump's claim of having experience with them should be met with skepticism since she clearly lacks knowledge of proper administration.
