It’s so nice to be able to do business with a company that stands behind its products and with its customers. I needed a replacement part for our feeder and it was supplied and shipped with no hassels whatsoever. How rare is that? I'll be happy to buy other products from Aspects.

I recently purchased a window mounted feeder that was missing a part needed for assembly. I contacted Aspects and they sent the part to me immediately. Thanks for the outstanding customer support.

We loved their window thermometers and Hummingbird feeders. We bought them from a local bird store. We sent the thermometer back to them when the thermometer tube broke, and they fixed it and only charged the shipping. Their products are high quality with a great lifetime repair warranty. They have excellent customer service and respond to requests quickly with courtesy. It is a great company with great products. I highly recommend trying their products.

If "Karen" was a company. Also, the hummingbird feeders are garbage and cheap plastic.
