WORST DISTRIBUTION CENTRE TO EVER GO TO. I am disappointed with the level of customer service at this receiving office. This issue has been raised repeatedly by multiple visitors, yet there appears to have been little to no improvement. The receptionist at the receiving desk consistently speaks to people in a rude and disrespectful manner. A quick review of the feedback left by others shows that many customers have had similar experiences with the same employee. Worst place the staff are so rude u have to wait more then hour till they finish offloading ur truck if u have full.load or 1 skid the same waiting time ,when they off load or load your truck u have to wait at least 30 min till u get ur paperwork and they force u to keep ur key with them and to stay inside there waiting room that can have at least 15 drivers inside bad warehouse ,management and staff
Today I was there unloading half my trailer. Was out in 2 hours, fastest ever. Usually takes well over 3 hours. Shipping/Recieving staff is STILL rude. You should REALLY perhaps find people that are friendly to do this job. I've been coming here for 4 years, it has NOT changed yet. They have ALWAYS been VERY RUDE in this department. Its crazy how they think they own truck drivers while working at minimum wage They don’t bother to answer anything They say what they say and ignore everything after
Both reciever ladies are rude and always try to make driver uncomfortable Always bad experience
