Be ready to waste your 4-5 hours on dock
Very poor experience. The security guard was extremely rude, disrespectful, and had a bad attitude from the moment I arrived. She spoke to drivers as if she owned the facility and acted like basic questions were a problem. On top of that, unloading took 4 hours. The delays are ridiculous and a complete waste of drivers’ time.
THE BLACK LADY IN THE RECEIVING DEPARTMENT IS BY FAR THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL AND ARROGANT EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. HER ATTITUDE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. SHE SPEAKS TO TRUCK DRIVERS AS IF THEY ARE BENEATH HER AND SHOWS ZERO PROFESSIONALISM OR BASIC HUMAN RESPECT. THIS WASN’T A ONE-TIME EXPERIENCE—MANY DRIVERS HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE AND SHARE THE SAME OPINION ABOUT HER BEHAVIOR. WORST DISTRIBUTION CENTRE TO EVER GO TO. I am disappointed with the level of customer service at this receiving office. This issue has been raised repeatedly by multiple visitors, yet there appears to have been little to no improvement. The receptionist at the receiving desk consistently speaks to people in a rude and disrespectful manner. A quick review of the feedback left by others shows that many customers have had similar experiences with the same employee.
