Aspect … office MANAGEMENT… The old white lady at receiving office 325 was extremely rude, unhelpful, and spoke in a very disrespectful tone. I thought it was just me but there were 2 drivers after me and the tone didnt change at all. She not changing her self .. 3 Feb 2026 .. still same attitude.. if she doesn’t like her job just leave.
Very poor experience at shipping/receiving. The two older ladies working inside were extremely rude and unprofessional. They assigned me a dock almost 1 km away from the office, then called me back again and told me to return to the office to pick up wheel chocks, and then go back to the dock. Even after all this unnecessary back-and-forth, the offloading was still not completed on time. I don’t understand why wheel chocks are not kept near the docks — they are not expensive, and this would save time and unnecessary movement... read more

I have a very bad experience with them on receiving.i wait 4 hours after park my truck at their dock n there were only 3 skids to unload very poor service
