I want to compliment Michael Arad, who works with your company. He recently brokered a residential condominium unit owned by my family. Although the transaction should have been simple, they are never routine. He put in a lot of time and effort to make the transaction work and for that I am personally grateful. Excellent brokers, I have used them twice!
I was dealing with an agent named Hipolito and communicating with him was brutal. He told me that a townhome was available and then just stopped communicating. I tried calling the office during regular business hours and no one picks up. Very unprofessional.
