So I missed an appointment and they want to charge me a 50 dollar fee which is fine. I was going to pay that in cash at the time of the appointment. They called me and cancelled my appointment because of the fee. I am taking controlled substances that could kill me if I withdraw from them. These people only care about money and not your health at all. I am disgusted by the care that I have received and am switching to another facility. Do not go here!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. The lady who answers the phone is rude and miserable. IF you can get in you better not have an emergency and miss your appointment because they charge you $25 that they don't disclose, for another appointment. No thanks! Do better. People come to you for help.
Had to call quite a bit and play quite a bit of phone tag. Aspect is only open Monday through Thursday with very limited hours (and you can only leave a message when you first reach out and it seems they take a bit to get back in touch). On their website they say they are “taking new clients” but that is misleading. They have a waitlist. *edit to add I called and spoke to someone when I noticed the response and theybsaid Nicole would call me back and never did. They are not within my insurance network. Went to them specifically for genetic testing. Spoke with whoever scheduled me, let them know this is very expensive and out-of pocket and I was going specifically to get the testing done.
