Cassie is amazing!
I love j Dewitt. And girls are window. The only thing I feel is a radio TV music should be on for privacy at window talking with others in waiting room. They can hear everything. You used to have u tube at one time Scenery music going for privacy. This is not your issue but the building keeps changing door to get in to often locked leaves us at door banging to get in. Office lobby pretty. J Dewitt has gone out of her way to get me through many tramas. I've been rude at times but all there still smile and have compassion.
It’s been over a month now that I’ve been trying to get in as a new patient- everytime they send me the intake paperwork and I put in my birthdate - it says invalid and will not let me complete the intake paperwork to get scheduled. Why do such important, life saving work if you’re not going to take this seriously? This is very dangerous to do this to people. Our mental health matters, we are not just paychecks for you. The literal worst place! I’ve gone more times without my medication being a patient at this place than anywhere else. They make you as the patient do ALL the communication with pharmacy and insurance. You can NEVER get ahold of anyone besides the rude lady who answers the phone and lies saying she’ll relay a message but never does!! They never call you back!! Provider is ALWAYS late to appointments!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!
