My experience with Aspect Plumbing has been nothing short of a nightmare. I booked them to fix THREE plumbing issues, after being explicitly assured over the phone (multiple times) that everything would be handled in one visit by a single professional. This was a complete lie. When they arrived, they only partially addressed ONE issue. From install of replacement boiler a couple of years back to my yearly service they've been professional and competent.
Paul and Joe came to install a cold water feed etc for my washing machine. Attended on time, lovely genuine guys. Job completed in good time, including going out to get a waste pipe for me.
