I spoke clearly on the phone on the services I needed (i.e. replace failed sealant material). This work was not done during the visit. The visit was planned at ~9am, then he changed it to 10am to 1pm, then he changed it again to 2pm to 4pm, then again to 4.30pm, then again to 5.30pm, finally he arrived at ~6pm or 6.30pm.
