Attentive whilst in the planning and ordering stage, although felt rushed and pushed to make decisions. After they had been paid (by builder) Wayne wouldn’t return emails or phone calls about defective bench top that was expensive. Very unhappy. Wouldn’t recommend.
Prompt, professional, creative and excellent workmanship. Could not fault them. Interesting when you read other reviews you'll note that some reviewers are very prolific in doing reviews. When you read some of their reviews for other places they go to, its sad to hear how sad their experiences are. It seems most of the many businesses they patronize are rotten to the core and won't refund or give vouchers for 'bad' experiences. Seems to be a repeatable thread happening....
