We recently built a new home with Aspect Homes and had a great experience. From start to finish, communication was excellent - they keep us updated throughout the entire process and were always available to answer questions. The quality of work was impressive, and everything was completed on schedule. We’re very happy with our new home and would definitely recommend Aspect Homes to anyone looking for a reliable and professional builder.
What can I say... good impression at first ...that soon went down hill... The communication was horrendous..... nothing was checked after each tradie had finished there jobs... which took for ever mind you....we had to ring and find out what was happening all the time....our front door doesn't even match the door frame....finish around the house was laughable... scratches on our roof from tradies etc. etc the list goes on...all I say is keep a good eye one everything that goes on in your house because when there finished the... read more
With our new home construction completed about two & a half years ago (2022) we moved in and have never looked back or regretted our choice of builders, Doug & Fiona of Aspect Homes. Over time, we've had numerous compliments from various trades people regarding the quality of the build, which is fantastic. We built our home with Doug and Fiona at Aspect Homes three years ago, and we recently had a Building and Pest Inspection as part of selling it. We were a bit nervous since our Real Estate agent mentioned the inspector is known to be very thorough. To our delight, the inspector told us that our home was one of the top two he has ever inspected!
