Had an hour face to face pre-assessment chat with Alison. Was extremely nervous before I got there and for the five days before. Alison was very easy to talk to and put me at ease. Came away with a better understanding of my way of looking at things. Definitely worth doing if you have any concerns as a first step.
Cannot thank Alison enough for her professionalism, prompt assessment and reports which has enabled my grandchildren gain the educational support they needed to remain in main stream school and of course navigate life. Some children are essentially missed due to their masking making it challenging for families.
