Attempt to massively over charge I was quoted a figure of £85 plus VAT for an Fire safety risk assessment for common areas of a three flats. The assessor tried to change me £528 for what was a 45 minute visual inspection. He claimed this was a standard fixed fee. Whatever you do do not give this company your debit or credit card details. If you want to do business with this company, and I would not, ask for written quotes. If you are given an hourly charge beware, billing hours are hugely inflated. They seem like scammers
Waited for 4 hours to be told they can no longer come. What a joke of a company
4 hours after arriving they still not managed to get get the tap change working he said he needed more parts and another hour. So 5 hours of labour to change a tap. When I called up to ask if this is a normal time, the supervisor questioned my judgement by asking “are you a plumber?” then saying “exactly”. Given I got them to quote and another plumber said 2 hours, I was not expecting a hostile response. The work they did looked very amateur also.
Never work for these guys they rip customers off and don't pay the correct wages that worked. Company is a CON please avoid!!
Such poor work. Regret working with them. Overpriced and the work completed on our roof didn’t even last a full two months . Now I need to hire another company to redo all of it . DO NOT hire !
