Great staff, really took care of my kitty
This place is wayyy better than the one i came to in the bronx where i live..the ladys in the front desk were nice, good cuztomer service and didnt mind answering any questions or concerns i had unlike the bronx one
I really don’t want to give this place a bad review but if you actually need these services it almost impossible to receive them. I have called everyday for weeks at 7:59am learned all of the codes to put in so that I could be the first in line and still never manage to get an appointment. Today I called at 7:59 and they told me that all of the appointments were full… at 8:00. How is that possible if yall just opened?!?
