Been able to get all of my cats seen whenever needed for emergencies, checkup, vaccines, spay/neuter etc! The key is to call exactly at 7:59 am and DO NOT HANG UP. Stay on hold no matter what. They will eventually answer, even if it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour. If you truly care about your pet, stick with it and do something else while you wait. What a wonderful veterinarian office this place is! I had both my male dogs Chico & Reno nurtured today. Staff was extremely friendly the place is so clean! They brought my furr babies out gave me proper instructions ans i went home. I called two hrs later freaking out crying on the phone because my Reno kept crying i was scared my baby was in pain I called the after hours number, waited 5 mins customer service was excellent!!
