Completely unwilling to try to resolve the issue or take on feedback, only argue to try to make themselves look better. *UPDATE* they did not even tighten the wheel nuts properly on the driver side. Turns were making a grinding noise. Wheel could’ve fallen off. Absolute rabble. Terrible communication. Told 2 days. Then on the 4th told another day. Told 2 more on the 6th day and cracked it with them. what a surprise after cracking it “it’ll be done today”. No reason given as to why it took so long. I am dealing with Nikhill and manager (Somerton branch) for the 2013 Mazda CX-5 bushing replacements. I actually wanted to replace rear differential rear bushing (B352-S) (rubber rubbing noise when initial run) and ended up with additional 2x rear differential front bushing (B380-S) and 2X front bushing (B421-S). I highly recommended their professional services and advised me to replace the defected bushing. Run like a new car.... Thanks you and keep up the good works.
