Completely unwilling to try to resolve the issue or take on feedback, only argue to try to make themselves look better. *UPDATE* they did not even tighten the wheel nuts properly on the driver side. Turns were making a grinding noise. Wheel could’ve fallen off. Absolute rabble. Terrible communication. Told 2 days. Then on the 4th told another day. Told 2 more on the 6th day and cracked it with them. what a surprise after cracking it “it’ll be done today”. No reason given as to why it took so long.
