It was ok
STAY AWAY! My Daughter broke her arm and we unfortunately decided to come here. Everyone that was involved in that process dropped the ball. Contact information taken was wrong, we always provided her insurance information and yet they didn't use it, when they had it on file. I had to call to TELL them to apply the visit to her insurance. That was ONLY after I received multiple collection notices after NEVER receiving a bill. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Office staff and billing department complete incompetence.
If you want to wait in the waiting room for an hour and be seen for 5 minutes then this is the place for you. If you want to have your paperwork messed up and have your accounts sent to collections even though your insurance paid the claims, then this is the place for you. If you would like to be treated rudely and not viewed as a human being then this is the place for you. Negative 10 stars!! You can do better, go elsewhere.
They plain old just don't care, heartless !
