Lack of communication! Came out to replace a pool pump that was under warranty, had to reach out 3x for a date because they would say a day then not show or respond. (i have the texts) When they finally did come there was an electrical problem and we were told they would get back to us if they could fix or not, again days went by with no communication, after 2 phone calls being told someone will call back no one did. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend this company.
This is an excellent company. They were always on time and did a great job with service this year. My pool was spotless, salt levels and pH were always right on target, and my closing was great. John does a great job with coordination and is very flexible to make his customers happy. I highly recommend!
This company is very unprofessional, don't call them you are going to lose your money ...
If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are unprofessional and crooks. They send sub contractors to do the work they do not do the work themselves. Everything is a work change order and when the contractors come in they are unprofessional. The level of the pool is higher than original. I have given 90 percent of the payment which was 45,000 dollars and received 50 percent of the work, then they ran with my money.
