I was very happy with them until new management took over. My pool service is usually on Monday, on Monday they didn't show up, so I called, she said my schedule was changed to Tuesday, Tuesday no one show up, I called again, she said my area was supposed to be on Thursday. On Monday 11-22-21 Thanksgiving week, I got a text, they won't be servicing my pool due to Holidays, to me, Holidays didn't start until Thursday, you are still hot Monday thru Wednesday to complete work. We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with ASP and with Riley Harris, our technician. Riley is dependable, quick and our pool is sparkling clean! When we first started with ASP, our pool had a bad case of black algae which we couldn't remove. As the weather turned warmer, it grew and the pool turned green. We called ASP and Morne came out to see what could be done. We had to go out of town but were in contact with ASP and Morne by phone.
