This is pertaining to the Gulfport location. I had the company come out and begin a initial start up service with known intentions to be on the schedule for bi-weekly pool cleanings after the service and during the initial cleaning, I was told I need a new filter which I purchased myself and installed myself due to a sand problem and was recommended by the technician that it would be cheaper for me to do this myself and call them when it’s replaced.
