Absolutely love ASP pools. Techs are great and customer service is top notch. Our pool light went out and we needed it replaced asap. Rob is easy to get a hold of and got us the new light before the party. Great company and great customer service.
Zachary was on time and very knowledgeable, as well as was able to answer any questions about our pool. He was very courteous and took his time in looking over our pool and filter to determine our needs and issues. Zachary came out on a Friday with Rob, and we had our new filter and pump installed by the following Tues. (and Mon. was a holiday). They were very helpful in every way. We both are very pleased with ASP services.
Rob and Craig did a great job re plumbing my equipment and installing new equipment. Was a difficult set up but I think they got it figured out. Rob always responded and was here when he said he would be and tried to explain things to me so I understood. Still figuring out all the operations but I am sure if I have problems they will be there to help me.
On 03/09/2026 at about 1300. While driving on 485 near Charlotte Douglas Airport in Charlotte NC. A white van with this companies logos cut right in front of me. No turn signal no warning. Nearly causing me to rear end the operator of the van. If they can’t operate a motor vehicle safely and with courtesy to the general public then what other things does one need to watch out for?
