Been trying to get a quote for about six months because they did a good job in the past. They finally came out and took pictures a few weeks ago and promised a quick turnaround due to having fallen through the cracks. Called so many times. So many promises from office manager. This was once a great company when Matt started his business many years ago. Communications have gone downhill to the point that he won't call his customers after repeated requests through the office. It's been 3 months. I requested a quote for a sand filter change and some other piping changes, they were too busy to get a quote to me while I was in town. Then the tech showed up without notifying me to look at it. Finally! A Charlottesville company that knows how to diagnose and repair problems with our swimming pool. We were favorably impressed when Technician Tim checked out our pool problems, almost immediately knew the root causes, and told us what needed to be done. ASP ordered the replacement parts and Tim installed them while we were out of town. Our pool is working perfectly! Thanks ASP for a job well done.
