I have ordered a flower bouquet for someone, and they assured me it will be arriving in the morning. But they didn’t I called at 11:30 ish and they assured me it will be arriving before 2:30 PM. It’s 6:30PM and the place that I was sending is already closed and still didn’t deliver the flowers & chocolates.
