bad business...charged restocking fee, $26.38 that was not listed in ad..walmart stepped in and gave $25.00 gift card...lost money on transaction ... walmart continues to do business with ASN BUYER BEWARE good talk bad action

I would advise not to purchase an item from ASN depot. We ordered a refurbished Dell off of walmart.com. it took 26 days for the item to arrive and the battery would not charge past 6% after it had been charging for a long time. The power kept going off and on. The bottom of the computer stayed hot and it was all beat up and scratched up on the sides along with the serial number being scratched off. I would rate ASN Depot a 0 star if that were possible. I purchased a laptop from Wal-Mart Marketplace. The bold face item description did not state it was a refurbished product. When the laptop was received, it would not charge past 1% and had only a black screen. After numerous e-mails with Salman Nasir, I was told he would not give a refund as it was past the 15 day period, even though the laptop was purchased as a gift and not opened until after the 15 day period. Very demeaning customer service. Salman has a corrupt attitude, and tries to make shady side deals and charges you extra fees, I would give this unpleasant character zero stars if I could. Salman calls you with pressuring sales tactic to have you spend more money on upgrades. He sent a couple computers with missing hardware and no OS. I can only imagine what shady deal these computers come from, in a dark alley at 3 in the morning is my best guess.
